This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of advanced autonomous driving technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in ADAS/AD vehicle testing, digital offline testing, or triage data analysis.
  • Technical expertise with the ability to analyze details and maintain a high-level vision.
  • Prior experience in vehicle/system integration, software component debugging, and large-scale AD vehicle testing.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and triage workflows, including replay and simulation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Model/SW Devs, In-car testing, and Fleet teams on test requests and triage planning.
  • Conduct live triage with accurate analysis and debugging steps, presenting top issues by the end of the day.
  • Develop and maintain product performance metrics based on triage analysis of in-car and digital tests.
  • Define test and triage targets, requirements, and processes with collaborator teams.
  • Supervise and improve triage efficiency and quality through systematic steps.
  • Automate critical metric generation and robust evaluation for dashboard representation.
  • Identify root causes of problems and drive them to closure.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
