• 8+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux system administration and advanced networking.
• Minimum of a four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Scripting proficiency in languages such as Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Experience with schedulers like SLURM, LSF, or UGE.
• Ability to travel to customer sites within the United States up to 20% of the time.

• Deploy, manage, and validate AI Compute/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments.
• Act as the domain expert with customers during planning calls and implementation.
• Provide handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customers.
• Offer feedback to internal teams by documenting workarounds and suggesting improvements.
