The role involves being part of the NVIDIA Solutions Architecture team, focusing on delivering advanced networking solutions for AI/ML and HPC to major customers. The Solutions Architect will work closely with both hardware and software technologies, providing technical insights and support to various teams. This position requires collaboration with sales and developer relations to identify business opportunities and assist customers in building complex AI infrastructures. The architect will also be responsible for developing proof of concepts and addressing performance issues.

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other Engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in performance, system, or solution.
• Expertise with dense datacenter design including networking, compute, and storage.
• Familiarity with Cloud and hybrid cloud networks.
• Experience with Ethernet L2-L7 networking protocol stack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.

• Work with tech giants to develop and demonstrate solutions based on NVIDIA’s software and hardware technologies.
• Help customers debug issues and manage feature request processes.
• Coordinate the co-engineering program with customers.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers and Developer Relations Managers to identify and secure business opportunities.
• Serve as the go-to technical resource for customers building complex AI infrastructure.
• Assist customers in understanding performance characteristics for solutions.
• Build proof of concepts for solutions to address critical business needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical content to customers, including presentations and workshops.
• Analyze and develop solutions for customer performance issues related to AI workloads and systems performance.
