• 8+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux system administration and advanced networking.
• Minimum of a four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Scripting proficiency in languages such as Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Experience with benchmarking tools and Kubernetes.

• Deploy, manage, and validate AI Compute/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments.
• Act as the domain expert during planning calls and implementation with partners.
• Provide handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customers.
• Offer feedback to internal and partner teams, including opening bugs and suggesting improvements.
