Job description

The Senior Service Repair Supply Chain Engineer at NVIDIA will be part of the Transformation and Enablement Team, focusing on enhancing service and repair processes to improve supply chain performance. This role requires a creative and analytical engineer who will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and IT. The engineer will drive innovation and operational efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is crucial for enabling scalability and growth within NVIDIA's Service and Repair Operations.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain, with equivalent experience considered.
  • 8+ years of hands-on operations experience managing technology in Service Supply Chain, repair, refurbishment, or production environments.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor and/or PCBA board systems and Data Center manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of OEM server, PCBA, and system test processes.
  • Experience implementing process improvements, capacity planning, and inventory control systems at repair or manufacturing facilities.
  • Data-driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the Service Supply Chain operating model to become predictive and proactive.
  • Drive incremental performance in business processes, systems, and tools for operational efficiency.
  • Develop and mature tracking and measuring success via level 1-3 KPIs.
  • Standardize business processes, systems, and tools across the global partner ecosystem.
  • Innovate and build industry best solutions aimed at operational efficiency, speed, and scale.
  • Assist in logistics, repairs, and service partner selection and site onboarding.
  • Digitize operations to track, manage, and measure success.
  • Act as a critical enabler of transformation through Supply Chain Business Transformation and IT Teams.
