NVIDIA is seeking a dedicated engineer to join its Silicon Solutions Group, focusing on the development and validation of system-level features for various markets including automotive and data centers. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to optimize memory system performance and power efficiency. Candidates should have extensive experience in memory subsystem architecture and a strong understanding of system-level interactions. Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in memory subsystem architecture, design, and validation.
- Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, digital/analog design, and signal integrity.
- Deep understanding of system-level memory interactions with different IPs and software/firmware.
- Validated hands-on lab experience with silicon bring-up and lab debug.
Responsibilities
- Build roadmaps of memory system-level features to address product needs.
- Architect, design, and integrate memory system-level features and controllers.
- Collaborate with architecture, ASIC, and other teams to drive design and debug.
- Expand power improvement initiatives across various products and market segments.
- Keep track of industry direction and incorporate them into future roadmaps.
- Lead debug efforts and support validation and manufacturing issues.
