Twitch is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Safety Products team, which focuses on user-facing safety features and tools for moderators and streamers. The role involves working across the tech stack, engaging in the full software development cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- A track record of building consumer-facing products
- Mastery of modern programming languages and frameworks
- Sharp problem-solving skills and excellent understanding of CS concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience
- Any prior experience in the safety or moderation space
- Familiarity with Twitch's tech stack including Golang, Typescript/React, iOS, and Android
- Experience with AWS technologies like ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, and Step Functions
- Familiarity with Twitch, either as a viewer or creator
Responsibilities
- Work across the tech stack, including back and front end, mobile, data, and infrastructure
- Own and maintain user-facing features that support moderation and global safety products
- Engage with the full software development cycle, including leading software initiatives and delivering quality products
- Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners including Product Managers, UX designers, and Data Scientists
