• 3+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field
• Meaningful experience in introducing products into high volume manufacturing
• Excellent project management skills, particularly in Planning, Cost, and Delivery
• Knowledgeable in crafting equipment qualification requirements and design of experiments
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is favorable
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
• Direct experience leading functional engineering teams such as Mechanical, Process, Electrical, or Test Engineering is a plus
• Knowledgeable in tolerance stack ups for assemblies and part level
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles is a plus
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, servomotors, PLC, and PC-based control systems is a plus
• Experience with JMP, Minitab, and Six Sigma is a plus
