Job description
As a Worldwide Consulting Engineer focused on AI/ML within Apple's Enterprise, Education & Government sales organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the technical integrity and strategic positioning of Apple platforms in the AI/ML landscape. You will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, providing deep domain expertise across various AI/ML solutions. This position involves engaging with customers and partners to understand their needs and effectively communicate Apple's unique capabilities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and influence product direction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing AI/ML role.
- Deep and demonstrable expertise in AI/ML concepts and applications.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud AI/ML platforms.
- Strong ability to articulate the distinction between on-device inference and cloud-hosted models.
- Experience collaborating with product management and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Empower and educate global Field Sales Engineers, customers, and partners on Apple's product advantages across AI/ML architectures.
- Develop and articulate compelling technical value propositions for Apple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Engage directly with strategic customers in deep technical discussions about their AI/ML initiatives.
- Advise on scalability strategies for on-device and edge AI/ML solutions.
- Guide customers on integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications.
- Monitor and analyze emerging AI/ML trends and technologies.
- Lead key customer and partner engagements including workshops and technical presentations.
- Contribute to technical resources and best practices that scale AI/ML knowledge.
- Drive thought leadership on the impact of AI/ML on work and learning.
