Apple's wireless silicon development team is seeking a Wireless ASIC/FPGA Prototyping Design Engineer to contribute to the development of signal processing intensive designs for wireless communication SoCs. • Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in FPGA flow.
• Knowledge of digital design, chip architecture, and microarchitecture.
• Experience in scripting and modeling languages such as Shell, C, Python, or Perl.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment, hardware bring-up, and debugging.
• Strong background in computer architecture and wireless applications.
• Familiarity with AMD's flow including design entry in Verilog, synthesis, place and route, timing constraints, and timing closure.
• Experience with emulation platforms such as Palladium.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
