Requirements
- Publication record in relevant conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, and COLM.
- Significant experience building complete prototypes that achieve state-of-the-art performance.
- Comfortable across the entire ML research stack, from low-level system programming to high-level algorithm development.
- Solid software engineering skills in complex systems with fluency in Python.
- Expertise in ML algorithms and best practices for deep learning systems.
- Proficiency with ML modeling frameworks like PyTorch and Jax.
- Strong overall software development approach with a focus on delivering clean, well-tested code.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
