• Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in CPU architecture.
• Experience in digital logic design, chip architecture, and microarchitecture.
• Programming experience in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, or SystemVerilog.
• Experience with developing test plans/testbenches, C-based transactors, or writing/debugging tests.
• Familiarity with advanced verification techniques.

• Work closely with architecture and RTL designers to verify the functional correctness of the design.
• Develop test plans and test environments for CPU verification.
• Create tests in assembly, C, or vectors according to established test plans.
• Develop coverage monitors and analyze coverage to ensure all test cases are covered.
• Create checkers and SystemVerilog or C-based transactors to verify the design.
