Job description
The Engineering Project Manager will lead large-scale projects within the IS&T Retail Engineering organization at Apple, focusing on enhancing the customer shopping experience. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong background in electronic commerce or software development. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, from business requirements analysis to testing and collaboration with partners. This position emphasizes leadership and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Engineering project management
- Experience in software development life cycle methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering project or program management
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role
- Proven ability to work with diverse audiences through clear, compelling written and verbal communication
- Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs
- Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification
- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced development environment with constant change
