The Senior Software Quality & Validation Engineer will join the AppleCare Enterprise Services Product Support Engineering group to validate and enhance Apple's software offerings for enterprise and education. This role involves working collaboratively with Software Engineering and Services Engineering teams in a dynamic environment. The engineer will focus on testing applications and workflows, developing testing processes, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise-class solutions. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise support engineering, validation engineering, or test automation.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, or another relevant language.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest, Selenium, or JUnit.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience writing test plans, scripting, automating processes, and creating reports.
• Experience with macOS, iOS operations, and the Apple ecosystem.
