The Product Operations Test Engineering team is focused on optimizing Apple production test lines through innovative test equipment and methods. They are looking for a Test Lead to develop and manage tools for testing and calibrating components across all Apple products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test station development and will excel in communication and collaboration with various teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of hardware/software architecture and interoperability of complex systems
• Master's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
• Prior technical leadership and/or technical project management experience
• Exceptional problem solving ability
• Prior experience with display or optics technology
• Experience in Test Engineering or test station development
• Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification
• Experience with FMEA and FA processes
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods and tools
• Experience interfacing with factory teams and bringing up production lines
• Software development experience in Python or C++

• Develop and own tools for testing and calibrating components for Apple products.
