Job description

The role is part of Apple's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization, specifically within the GBI Finance team. This team focuses on building Reporting and Analytical solutions for Legal, Management, and Statutory Reporting using native SAP HANA. The position requires expertise in data warehouse development and analytical solutions, particularly with SAP data. The team aims to streamline the adoption of generative AI and enhance efficiency in building solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence space.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Data warehouse development in SAP HANA.
  • Experience in developing reporting and analytical solutions based on SAP data using HANA.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Shell scripting.
  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in Data Modeling, SQL performance tuning, and reporting, preferably using SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

  • Build Reporting and Analytical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Utilize native SAP HANA to develop financial reporting data models.
  • Migrate mission-critical applications to cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data services and customer success functions.
