Job description
This role is part of the Wireless Hardware group, focusing on the design validation of cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems. The team ensures that these systems meet rigorous performance standards across various critical parameters. The position involves creating test infrastructure and automation solutions that significantly impact the success of next-generation wireless technologies. Candidates will work at the heart of silicon development, driving test automation and validation methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems.
- Programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, C++, or C#.
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- Deep understanding of key performance indicators and impairments in RF and baseband domains.
- Hands-on experience testing wireless silicon in laboratory environments.
- Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
- Proven experience developing test automation, including equipment drivers, debug tools, automation scripts, and interfaces.
- Experience with automation infrastructure development and related tools such as Git, CI/CD, databases, and reporting tools.
