• Proven record measuring user experience behavior, customer engagement, and business impact using analytic tools
• Strong proponent of experimental test and design with practical experience in interpreting observational results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related field
• Experience in a digital subscription business or for an e-commerce platform
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related field

• Understand and optimize the businesses under Apple Services as part of the Revenue and Subscriptions Data Science team
• Help grow the financial, transaction, and subscription health of Apple Services
• Size, measure, and recommend impactful initiatives for business improvement
• Analyze the impact of in-app purchases, subscription renewals, and payment authorizations
