Apple is seeking a proactive and highly motivated engineer to join the Apple Services Engineering UI team. This role focuses on building beautiful and robust user interfaces using modern web application technologies and AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality software and a strong ability to collaborate with others. • Experience building complex, large scale applications using modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like React, Vue.js, Angular.js or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in modern CSS development using SASS.
• Deep knowledge of Node.js, NPM, Webpack, Babel or other toolchains.
• Deep knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, QUnit, etc. as well as testing best practices.
• General knowledge of networking protocols HTTP/1 & HTTP/2, cookies and other HTTP headers.
• General knowledge of web development best practices around accessibility, performance and production monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with iOS application development (Objective-C/Swift).
• Exposure to modern AI/ML-based developer workflows for code generation, test automation, or performance optimization.
• Passion for improving engineering velocity through intelligent tooling and automation.
