The Quality EPM role is part of the newly formed ASE Central Release Quality team, focusing on driving a global quality strategy for client and server releases. This position involves defining KPIs, generating data-driven insights, and leading Executive Quality Reviews while supporting compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Assurance Engineering and the software development lifecycle, excelling in managing complex projects and communicating effectively with diverse audiences. Requirements
- Over 5 years of Engineering Program / Project Management experience.
- 7+ years working with cross-functional teams on large-scale software development projects.
- Extensive experience in driving SDLC change management.
- Experience with preparing and executing PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits.
- Exceptional communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define KPIs and generate data-driven insights for quality strategy.
- Lead Executive Quality Reviews and support compliance initiatives.
- Oversee projects from chartering to testing and manage change.
- Document annual compliance requirements and maintain a program framework.
- Lead a team of engineers and program managers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
