Job description
This role at Apple involves supporting day-to-day project activities to meet overall objectives, including creating schedules and aligning with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- 1 year of experience in engineering demand forecasting using Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, SAS, and Slack.
- 1 year of experience in developing RFQs for budget management.
- 1 year of experience in leading cross-functional teams including engineers, product designers, suppliers, and GSMs.
- 1 year of experience in assessing and analyzing material, production, and testing processes to manage costs.
- 1 year of experience in creating and managing files in supplier file transfer protocol portals using Agile, MediaCompass, Box, and Quip.
- 1 year of experience in program scheduling using tools like Wrike, Agile, and Jira.
- 1 year of experience in file creation and management using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.
- Create schedules and escalate critical issues as appropriate.
- Align with cross-functional teams to drive milestones and set priorities.
- Collaborate and facilitate communication across fellow EPMs and supplier partners.
- Track build readiness schedules to ensure builds happen on schedule.
- Liaise with packaging suppliers to manage materials lead-times.
- Provide executive status updates to executive teams.
- Resolve complex development issues with an extended or overseas team.
- Act as a central point of contact for packaging questions and concerns.
