Join Apple's Product Integrity team as an Engineering Program Manager and lead global wireless certification, issues management, and resource planning for New Product Introduction efforts. This role requires navigating regulatory issues in a fast-changing technology space while managing resources to meet project schedules. The ideal candidate will work with internal and external partners to ensure timely certification of products and technologies. This position is suited for a cross-functional leader who thrives on solving complex problems and enabling new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in technical program management or a related role within a hardware development environment.
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence and drive teams without direct authority.
- Strong track record of identifying and closing process gaps and building scalable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with RF/wireless technology and regulatory compliance processes.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps in a global environment.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15%.
