This role is part of the Wireless Hardware group, focusing on the validation of cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems. The Wireless Systems Design Validation Team ensures that these systems meet rigorous performance standards across various critical parameters. • BS degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, with an emphasis on WiFi.
• Experience with cellular technologies is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and/or C/C++/C# for test automation and data analysis.
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Deep understanding of key performance indicators and signal impairments in RF and baseband domains.
• Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and wireless system testing in laboratory environments.
• Proven experience developing and automating tests for wireless systems, including test framework design and implementation.
• Experience with regulatory testing and certification processes, including emissions, spectral masks, band edge, and power compliance measurements.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
