Job description
The Quality EPM will lead the newly formed ASE Central Release Quality team, focusing on driving a global quality strategy for client and server releases. This role involves defining KPIs, generating data-driven insights, and managing multiple concurrent projects from chartering to testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Assurance Engineering and the software development lifecycle, excelling in managing complex projects and communicating effectively with diverse audiences. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for fostering collaboration and driving excellence within the team.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of Engineering Program / Project Management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams on large-scale software development projects.
- Extensive experience in driving SDLC change management.
- Experience with preparing and executing PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits.
- Exceptional communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and engaging with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define KPIs and generate data-driven insights for quality strategy.
- Lead Executive Quality Reviews and support compliance initiatives.
- Oversee projects from chartering to testing, managing scope, requirements, timelines, and resources.
- Handle stakeholder management and risk assessments throughout project lifecycles.
- Promote best practices and continuously improve program management processes.
- Lead a team of engineers and program managers, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.
- Generate actionable reports from test metrics to inform decision-making.
