The manager will architect and scale modern financial data platforms to support reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation. The position requires a strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate finance priorities into effective technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10-14 years of progressive experience in data engineering or enterprise engineering.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Deep expertise in modern data architectures, including cloud-native and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytics use cases.
• Experience enabling AI use cases using enterprise data.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
