The Senior Data Scientist role focuses on building scalable infrastructure that supports data-driven decisions within Hardware Engineering. The candidate will work at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, shaping both the engineering foundation and analytics strategy. This position involves collaboration with a geographically distributed data science team and business stakeholders to manage the end-to-end data lifecycle. The role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects in workforce planning and operational analytics.

• Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent degree
• 5+ years defining and leading business analytics initiatives, including surfacing insights and building forecasting algorithms
• 5+ years of experience designing and building data pipelines and data warehousing in cloud-based platforms like AWS or Snowflake
• Demonstrable mastery of Python for both data engineering and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and pipeline orchestration tools
• MS/MA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent degree
• Experience with dbt, Apache Spark, or similar data transformation frameworks
• Experience collaborating with or leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with prompt engineering and leveraging LLMs for data analysis
• Proficiency in JavaScript for data visualization and web-based dashboard development

• Design and build the infrastructure that enables data insights
• Leverage data infrastructure to answer critical business questions
• Own the engineering foundation and analytics layer of the data lifecycle
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and platform teams
• Conduct analysis and present results to business customers
