The EPM will also identify and resolve program issues while communicating effectively with executive leadership.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status documentation for initiatives.
  • Collaborate with large cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding requirements, changes, and milestones.
  • Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership.
  • Drive focus to critical path deliverables and track execution of dependencies.
  • Coordinate complex and highly dependent groups of changes through build and integration systems.

Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
