Job description
The Solutions Engineering team is looking for a passionate leader to manage the internal marketing platform used across various Apple services. This role involves leading a team of solutions engineers to execute complex marketing journeys that meet diverse business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring and leading a solutions function, ensuring successful integration of marketing plans. The position requires a strong understanding of mobile app development and marketing technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or Information Technology.
- Knowledge and practice in designing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- Mobile app development experience with iOS, demonstrating advanced knowledge of Swift and Xcode.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of solutions engineers to ensure successful engagement and execution of marketing journeys.
- Map complex marketing plans into engineering integrations within a cross-functional team environment.
- Develop and maintain the marketing platform to ensure its effective utilization across Apple.
- Craft presentations and conduct Q&A sessions with technical and non-technical partners.
- Guide partner engineers in strategic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
