Job description

The Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team at Apple is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency through innovative process, data, and technology solutions. This role involves driving cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to work on transformational efforts within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and leadership skills. A focus on optimizing global supply chain and fulfillment processes is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in project and program management combined with logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.
  • Experience in supply chain consulting, regulatory, and/or compliance is helpful.
  • Proven track record of leading complex strategic programs.
  • Broad exposure to supply chain management including Order Management and Logistics.
  • Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development life cycles.
  • MBA or MS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, supply chain, or a related field.
