Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Finance Data and AI Engineering initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable and high-performance financial data systems that support reporting, analytics, and AI-driven transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and software engineering, along with excellent collaboration skills with Finance stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering robust financial data solutions across modern data platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 8–12 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
  • 5+ years of engineering management experience
  • Strong experience in data modeling and transformation
  • Experience with distributed data platforms or enterprise databases
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • Experience developing strategies for data preparation and feature engineering
  • Experience driving the implementation of data governance and quality standards
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in Finance or enterprise functions
