Job description

The Engineering Program Manager role at Apple's App Store focuses on driving and delivering Legal & Regulatory projects as well as Trust & Safety development initiatives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of program, project, or product management in software development
  • Experience working on Trust and Safety or legal and regulatory initiatives
  • Experience with developer-focused products from kick-off to ship
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Strong facilitation skills with a positive and professional demeanor
  • 5+ years of regulatory and/or Trust & Safety experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management in a software marketplace
  • Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Prior experience in a technical role such as software engineering
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics for informed decisions
