• B.S. degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or Mechanical Engineering
• M.S. or Ph.D. with relevant project or coursework experience in designing sensing systems
• Deep understanding of electrical engineering, transducer physics, and system engineering
• Experience in modeling complex multi-physics and electrical systems
• Block level circuit simulation experience
• Knowledge of signal processing techniques, both analog and digital
• Familiarity with linear algebra, probability, and statistics
• Proficiency in MATLAB or equivalent packages
• Experience in leveraging AIML technologies for enhanced efficiency
• Understanding of software architecture best practices for complicated tool flows
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills

• Architect the end-to-end sensing system including sensor and ASIC requirements
• Deliver an architecture package backed by extensive modeling and simulations
