The Engineering Program Manager for the App Store team will lead the delivery of critical features for the platform, which serves over 2 million apps to more than 500 million visitors weekly. This role requires collaboration with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional partners to build high-performance systems. • 5+ years of technical program management in software development involving complex client/server architecture.
• A track record of building products by driving collaboration across product, design, engineering, QA, ops, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong technical proficiency in software architecture and development.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization.
• Proven experience in authoring technical specs.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive multiple tasks to completion with minimal oversight.
• Experience with iOS app development on UI features with design team is a major plus.
• Experience working on Trust and Safety or legal and regulatory initiatives.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field or at least 5+ years of comparable experience.
