• BS in engineering field plus 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven digital circuit design experience
• Program or project management experience leading silicon projects
• 3+ years of technical leadership and/or project management experience
• Post silicon debug skills
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong time and task management skills with consistent attention to detail

• Drive the development cycle and address circuit design issues
• Collaborate with design, CAD, and technology teams to craft project plans
• Identify and resolve blockers in project execution
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to scoping and scheduling
• Lead technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon delivery
• Drive weekly schedule and communication meetings with upper management
• Ensure effective project schedule and dependency communication with the design team
