As an Engineering Project Manager at Apple, you will be integral to the Supply Chain Innovation team, focusing on developing top-tier software solutions for various supply chain needs. Your role will involve managing complex software development projects from initiation to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will leverage your technical background and leadership skills to ensure project objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met. This position requires effective communication and a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in engineering project management.
- Strong engineering principles and software development expertise.
- Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for sprint planning and backlog management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data-driven reporting and analysis.
- PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous developer experience in Python/Java and AI/ML is a plus.
- A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus.
