• BS in engineering field with 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven digital circuit design experience
• Program or project management experience leading silicon projects
• 3+ years of technical leadership and/or project management experience
• Post silicon debug skills
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
• Strong time and task management skills with attention to detail

• Drive the development cycle and resolve circuit design issues
• Collaborate with design, CAD, and technology teams to craft project plans
• Identify and resolve blockers to align team work across multiple projects
• Participate in technical discussions and work with the team to develop solutions
• Drive technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon delivery
• Manage project schedules and communicate effectively with the design team
