As a technical lead for a core technology commodity, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and global suppliers to ensure product success. The position emphasizes quality and manufacturing process controls for critical components prior to launch. You will leverage your advanced statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills to drive improvements and deliver clear presentations to executives.

• 5+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Quality Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering is preferred
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate clearly
• Experience partnering with off-shore manufacturers and high volume production

• Own the quality and manufacturing process controls for critical components prior to launch
• Act as the primary technical advisor for your domain
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), yield improvements, and test strategies
• Utilize data forensics to solve complex manufacturing assembly quality issues
• Collaborate with functional engineering teams such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Test Engineering
