• 3+ years of quality experience in New Product Introduction, Design Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Strong statistical and data analytics skills, including statistical process control and sampling methods
• Experience partnering with off-shore manufacturers and high-volume production

• Lead cross-functional Operations technical teams during product development and high-volume production
• Ensure operational technical readiness for all phases of the introduction cycle
• Drive process development, documentation, optimization, and validation
• Monitor Outgoing Quality Control and Customer Audit processes at OEM sites
• Conduct periodic reviews of Field/Factory Quality Data with OEM partners
• Generate monthly Product Health summary and provide regular VP level communication of technical health of the program
• Identify and drive quality improvement opportunities in future products
• Lead technical Failure Analysis to support root cause analysis and issue resolution
