- 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with significant time spent in security architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
- Expert-level understanding of perimeter and network security, including WAF design, DDoS mitigation, and TLS.
- Deep experience with proxy technologies such as NGINX, Envoy, and HAProxy.

- Ensure Apple's defenses remain resilient, adaptive, and secure as threats and scale grow.
- Shape how security systems evolve across on-premises data centers and public cloud environments.

- Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage.
