Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience as an engineering or technical project manager
  • Experience managing projects of all sizes, including large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Expertise in crafting project timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource planning across multiple functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others
  • Track record of defining processes and implementing them

Responsibilities

  • Lead software and AI/ML projects for Health with multi-functional partners.
  • Develop technical project plans and roadmaps for software and products.
  • Scope, define, and track development schedules and deliverables.
  • Identify and prioritize project tasks, interdependencies, and risks.
  • Deliver executive communication and presentations.
  • Drive the decision-making process.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, interdependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Run retrospectives to identify and implement process improvements.
