Job description
Join Apple's Customer Systems team as an Engineering Program Manager, where you will focus on building CRM solutions that enhance customer interactions. Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in technical program or project management
- 5 years minimum experience in the Contact Center domain
- 2 years minimum working on Gen AI programs and adopting program management in GenAI programs
- Strong technical fluency, able to work directly with engineering teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of visual design tools is a plus
- Sharp analytical mindset
