Job description

The Analog Layout Engineer will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge custom analog designs. This role emphasizes collaboration with circuit designers and other layout engineers to ensure high-quality layout delivery. The team values engineering excellence, creativity, and innovation, making it essential to partner across various teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a strong understanding of analog layout fundamentals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
  • Full understanding of analog layout fundamentals, electromigration, IR drop, parasitics, LDEs, and ESD
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Unix and CAD environments
  • High proficiency in interpreting and debugging Calibre results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience mentoring junior layout engineers
  • Experience in driving and achieving consensus with external teams
  • Expertise covering both planar and FinFET nodes
  • Scripting capability to improve efficiency
  • Strong technical and/or project leadership skills
