The New Product Operations Manager at Apple plays a crucial role in the development and launch of new products. • 8+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Development or Operations Engineering, and Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field such as Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Chemical, or similar.
• Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent program management and communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to establish relationships and a data-driven approach.
• MBA or MS in Engineering is preferred.

• Plan and execute all development builds and rapid ramps of new products.
• Coordinate various Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing Process & Quality engineering activities.
• Drive a systematic phase gate approach to NPI development and ramp readiness activities.
• Drive detailed schedules for key NPI equipment buy-off and validation.
• Constantly assess risk and prioritize program critical activities.
• Simplify complex data and present it effectively to executives.
• Drive process and quality improvements to enhance yield and equipment performance.
