• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project management leading cross-functional software development.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, service delivery, or engineering leadership.

• Past experience with mobile-first client side frameworks programs.

• Orchestrate complex cross-platform programs and maintain alignment among teams.
• Lead large programs from requirements gathering through software development and release qualification.
• Define processes, develop metrics, and drive program maturity and process optimization.
• Drive multi-team development schedules across both server and client environments.
• Communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage complex project objectives independently.
• Drive AI initiatives from problem framing through development and ongoing service management.
