The Technical Program Manager will join the AIS PMO team and lead high-impact security initiatives across the company. This role requires a self-starter who is passionate about achieving results in a collaborative environment. The manager will be responsible for overseeing large-scale security programs, ensuring alignment with AIS strategy, and measuring program success. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for navigating dependencies and delivering value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale technology programs.
- Expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of a program from planning to execution.
- Experience leading programs in a matrix environment with multi-functional teams.
- Proven experience with Jira, Wrike, or equivalent tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Familiarity with information security domains and security fundamentals.
- Knowledge of security architecture and secure design principles.
- Experience handling data engineering programs related to Data Pipelines.
- CISSP and related security certifications.
- Agile certification is a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with Apple tools such as Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
Responsibilities

- Handle dependencies and risks while communicating status to partners.
- Partner with key customers to ensure program objectives align with AIS strategy.
