Job description
This role focuses on creating innovative systems that have never been made before at Apple. The engineer will collaborate with electrical and cross-functional teams to define and analyze electrical components of a system. Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Experience with modeling systems comprised of mixed-signal components using Verilog/VAMS, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python
- Experience with electrical systems architecture and performance, including power and size tradeoff analyses
- Experience with design and simulation of analog and mixed-mode circuits and systems
- MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience with A/MS circuits analysis tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Xcelium
- Familiarity with FEA tools and multi-physics components modeling
- Strong communication skills and a systematic, rigorous approach to engineering
- Experience working on multidisciplinary projects in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate complex components for innovative systems
