• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and process control
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
• Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts
• Experience with the development and evaluation of measurement systems
• Project management experience and understanding of problem-solving tools

• Partner with tooling and functional teams to evaluate design and processes at the concept phase
• Develop measurement technologies and manufacturing methods that meet ambitious specifications
• Implement quality inspection tools to evaluate part characteristics
• Compile and evaluate data to determine limits for process and part specifications
• Lead activities to balance quality with scalable yields
• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper definition of quality expectations
• Coordinate and prioritize Quality Engineering functions for multiple programs
• Establish audit procedures to ensure alignment with Apple quality standards
