Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Ph.D. degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with epitaxial design and growth of optoelectronic devices
  • Experience with optoelectronic device modeling and simulation
  • Experience with optoelectronic device testing
  • Experience with III-V device fabrication
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Accountable with a self-initiative and proactive attitude
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
