Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field
- Ph.D. degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with epitaxial design and growth of optoelectronic devices
- Experience with optoelectronic device modeling and simulation
- Experience with optoelectronic device testing
- Experience with III-V device fabrication
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Accountable with a self-initiative and proactive attitude
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support the development of advanced III-V devices
- Drive improvements in optoelectronic devices through epitaxial design or growth optimization
- Conduct modeling and simulation of optoelectronic devices
- Test and evaluate optoelectronic devices for performance
