Job description

Apple is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within the Hardware Technologies team to enhance power, performance, and thermal features across hardware and software. This role focuses on optimizing customer experience through effective silicon and system debugging. The EPM will lead investigations and drive convergence across product, software, and hardware teams. This position involves overseeing the silicon readiness and post-silicon phases of product life cycles.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in SoC design, silicon, and system debug or validation.
  • Experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership.
  • Ability to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of technical issues.
  • Proficiency in core engineering program management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead investigations for sophisticated silicon and system debugs.
  • Drive convergence across product, software, and hardware teams.
  • Oversee silicon readiness and post-silicon phases of the product life cycle.
  • Prepare for silicon bring-up and integrate HW/SW control features.
  • Support validation and mass-production of next generation products.
