The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) will drive projects and features for the Private Cloud Compute software that supports Apple Intelligence and the integration of Apple Silicon in Data Centers. This role is focused on ensuring successful outcomes and delivery while maintaining high standards of service availability, scalability, and security. The EPM will work closely with the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to define, prioritize, plan, and deliver technical infrastructure projects. Candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure domains.
- Experience leading large scale Infrastructure programs with a focus on Cloud environments.
- Agile project experience with a demonstrated knowledge of SCRUM.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects and features for the Private Cloud Compute software.
- Partner with SRE leaders and the EPM team to define and prioritize project portfolios.
- Lead and present technical roadmaps while identifying and communicating risks early.
- Facilitate requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress and status meetings.
- Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery and operational sustainability.
